To access certain features of SpearCad, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SpearCad only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Upload malicious code or engage in any harmful activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpearCad and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to SpearCad. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the platform.

Component Data

Component specifications and datasheets remain the property of their respective manufacturers. We provide access to this information under fair use principles for engineering purposes.

6. Data Accuracy and Verification

While we strive to maintain accurate component data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. Users are responsible for:

  • Verifying component specifications before use in designs
  • Consulting official manufacturer datasheets for critical applications
  • Reporting any inaccuracies or discrepancies found
  • Using the platform as a reference tool, not as a sole source of truth

7. Privacy and Data Protection
